Shipping destinations:Charava ship both locally and worldwide.
- Local orders take up to 3 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1 business days, our goal is to have the product delivered within 1 business day.
- International orders take 5 business days to be delivered via FedEx, UPS or DHL and we ship within same 1 business day.
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
- Orders over £45 will have free local shipping.
- Orders over $100 will have free international shipping.
- Orders under £45 (or $100 if International) will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
You are welcome to return any goods purchased within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in their original unopened packaging.
- If you are returning the item because it is not suitable or you have changed your mind we will refund you, less the courier fee once the item has been returned to our warehouse and our team has confirmed that the item is in a saleable condition.
- If the return is due to misrepresentation on our site we will refund you in full as soon as the item is received back at our warehouse.
- The refund will be done in the form of the original tender of the order.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the address can be obtained by contacting sales@charava.co.uk.
- Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days.
Can I earn commissions as a Charava Affiliate?
We have an affiliate program which allows affiliates and Influencers to earn income by promoting Charava products to friends, family and followers.
